WHAT IS SCFC?
Superior City FC are a competitive pre-professional soccer club. There are two teams, Men's and Women's, and both compete in the UPSL Premier, the largest Divsion 4 National League in the US.
How is the team selected?
All players must try out for the team in order to be selected.
A roster of 20 players will be named after tryouts. Players who do not make the 20-player roster can register for one of our UPSL D1 or DASL squads and may be named as an "alternate" for the first team and may be called up to play UPSL soccer.
WHO CAN PLAY?
This is our most competitive team, and most of our players were standouts in high school, played collegiate soccer or played semi-professionally.
What is the cost?
The cost for the season is $125 plus an insurance fee ($37 Men's, $24 Women's)
This includes a minimum of 10 games.
WHEN AND WHERE ARE THE GAMES?
SCFC Men's start play in Mid-April and the Women start Early-May. Both teams play until mid-July. Games are typically once or twice a week, with most games played on Wednesdays and Saturdays. All home games are played in Superior, WI.
How do I register for tryouts?
Tryouts for the 2024 season are open
Tryouts will be held on Sunday, March 24th in Superior, WI.
